Mr. Cao Yongbin graduated from the School of Liberal Arts and Law of Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2009. He has since held the position of marketing planning specialist in several wholly-owned Korean enterprises, including LG Electronics (China) Co., Ltd. and POSCO (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

Since 2018, Mr. Cao had been involved in the intellectual property industry, specializing in the trademark field and having a solid grasp of the fundamental knowledge across all areas of intellectual property. Mr. Cao have held positions such as the manager of the Weihai branch of a intellectual property agency Group in Beijing; the deputy director of the Intellectual Property Center of the Northern National Copyright Center; and an advisor to the Trademark Group of a large law firm in Beijing.

With extensive working experience in large foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises, Mr. Cao have led teams to execute various international exchange conferences, international technology licensing, bidding and tendering projects. Professionally, Mr. Cao familiar with trademark business, have a comprehensive understanding of the basic knowledge of the entire field of intellectual property, and have rich experience in providing front-end consultation for litigation cases.

In terms of skills, Mr. Cao holds a CATTI-2 level Chinese-Korean translation certificate, a Korean ITT-Expert level translation certificate, and an OK-TEST level 6 certificate. He is proficient in using Korean as a working language.
